Business Card Design

The right approach to business card design depends on your business model, customer needs and the outcome you want to achieve. Advortex Info Solutions discusses the role this work should play in your wider website, brand or marketing activity. We identify practical priorities and explain how the proposed deliverables support them. Rather than using an identical brief for every business, we adapt the scope to your audience, available assets and the channels where the work will be used.

To plan your business card design project, please share your logo, brand colours, copy, reference designs, intended dimensions and any print or export specifications. Explain your main goals, preferred timeline and any requirements that affect approval or delivery. Advortex reviews these materials and identifies any missing information before work starts. Clear inputs help us prepare an appropriate scope, reduce avoidable revisions and coordinate feedback. Account permissions and third-party responsibilities are discussed only where they are relevant to the agreed work.

The schedule for business card design depends on the number of deliverables, their complexity, the materials available and the feedback process. Advortex sets out estimated milestones and review rounds in the proposal. We share work at agreed stages so you can give focused feedback before moving forward. Requests that introduce new deliverables or significantly change the approved direction are reviewed with you, including any effect on the scope, cost or delivery schedule.

Advortex plans the artwork around your visual identity, audience and intended use. We discuss colours, typography, dimensions and how the designs will appear across the required channels. The proposal specifies final exports and whether editable source files are included. This helps your team use the approved assets consistently without assuming that one layout or file format will suit every digital or print application.

Yes. Your business card design work can be planned alongside relevant development, digital marketing, graphic design or video editing requirements. For example, a campaign may need a landing page and branded creative assets, while a website launch may need supporting content. Advortex discusses these connections during planning so the message and visual direction remain consistent. Each additional service is scoped separately or included in a coordinated proposal, with clear responsibilities and deliverables.

Use the enquiry form on this page to share your contact details, select Business Card Design and describe your business requirements. Include useful references, existing assets and the outcome you want from the project. Advortex Info Solutions can then discuss the brief, ask any necessary questions and outline the proposed scope and next steps. Your proposal should explain the deliverables, responsibilities, review process and any agreed support before work begins.
